Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site Structural Engineer role, based in Fargo, ND. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural calculations and analysis, designing and reviewing structural systems, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Key responsibilities include working closely with the in‑house design team to develop detailed construction plans using CAD/Revit software, providing technical solutions for challenges during the construction process, and supporting project completion and quality assurance.
Collaboration with other engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers is expected to ensure all project specifications are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering concepts and practices.
- Strong understanding and application of Structural Analysis and Calculation techniques.
- Experience with Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) or Revit software and design tools is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification required.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, multitasking and the ability to develop practical solutions to engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Previous experience in cold‑framing steel (CFS) or construction projects is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
