Job Purpose

Manage a cross‑functional international team for Hydraulic components and system development for Construction Equipment within the North and South America regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resources for the hydraulic engineering team based on project plan(s).
  • Responsible for keeping the engineering team on plan to meet timeline and deliverables, both by internal and external resources.
  • Responsible for Construction Equipment hydraulic systems and components for North and South America products;
    Loader Backhoe, Rough Terrain Forklift, Wheel Loader, Dozer, Skid Steer, and Compact Track Loader products.
  • Responsible for management of the hydraulic engineering team; annual goal setting, evaluations, continuous feedback.
  • Responsible for development and implementation of new technology.
  • Responsible for current product quality and cost management.
  • Work with internal teams, customers, and vendors for product change definition. Facilitate effective communication with platform management for project planning.
  • Prepare reports of technical data, evaluations, and provide recommendations based on findings, with presentation to senior management.
  • Keep abreast of new developments in the fields of engineering design, methods, and applications.
  • Demonstrates the support for company culture in their daily actions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
  • May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assistance in other areas as needed.
  • Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the quality management system in accordance with CNH and/or ISO standards.
  • Monitor and execute budget plan(s).
  • This position is a hybrid role and requires the employee to be on‑site at a CNH facility at least three (3) days per week.
Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, in field related to specific position.
  • 10+ years of relevant career experience, OR 7+ years experience with Master’s degree.
  • Specific skills, proficiencies, and knowledge in field related to position, as identified by department leadership.
Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $ - $ plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.).
