Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain APIs that users can rely on for decades
  • Partner with our eCommerce team to prepare and program various projects related to the latest mobile technologies
  • Deliver across the entire app life cycle from concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
  • Create, maintain and implement source code to our Scheels mobile app platforms
  • Create test plans, test cases and perform integration and parallel testing of all processes
  • Coordinate with other software professionals and developers
  • Suggest and implement new features for our customer base
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems
  • Have a strong understanding of programming concepts and ability to adapt to multiple programming languages
  • Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture

Education & Experience:

  • Ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree in Computer Science Programming or a related field

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Sedentary work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
