Are you detail-oriented? Do you enjoy going above and beyond to ensure tasks are met and exceeded?

• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas in our Fargo, North Dakota office. We help high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Client Associate, you’ll play an important role providing excellent service to our Financial Advisors and clients.

You have:

• bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance, communication, or business
• series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire
• Ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector.

You are:

• an excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• committed to providing top-notch client service
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
