• Build a strong client base leveraging the bank’s referral system.
• Serve current clients within branch territories and help them pursue their financial goals.
• Identify new clients from the bank’s client base and grow the advisor practice.
• Create client solutions without proprietary products, supported by LPL’s tools, technology, and resources.
• Collaborate with the team and leverage the bank’s reputation and community standing to grow the investment program.

• Series 7 and 66 (63/65) required
• Insurance license required
• Three or more years of investment sales experience

Location:

Fargo, ND

Pay Range: $40,000 - $80,000 plus sales incentive compensation; salary range dependent on experience and location

Employment is with American Federal Bank; through regulatory requirements, LPL Financial would hold securities/insurance licenses.

This is an advisor role associated with LPL Financial, with the bank serving as the employer and LPL providing investment products and support. The role adheres to regulatory disclosures as required.
