Salary Range: $53.00 – $81.50

Pharmacy Hours
  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM; 9:00 PM at I-94
  • Broadway Weekend/Holiday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • I-94 Weekend/Holiday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Holiday requirement: 1–2 holidays per year
  • Weekend requirement: once every 4–5 weekends

Job Summary

Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy, evaluate drug suitability, and provide counseling on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and medication storage. Serve as a vital healthcare professional who ensures patients receive safe, effective medications and support overall health and well‑being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial prescription reviews
  • Fill and transfer prescriptions
  • Manage wholesale and point‑of‑sale tasks
  • Support Med‑to‑Bed programs
  • Provide patient consultations and immunizations
  • Troubleshoot insurance issues
  • Address drug interactions and disease management
Qualifications
  • Retail/Community pharmacy setting:
    Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy, thorough knowledge of drugs and state regulations.
  • Medical center or institutional setting:
    Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy, thorough knowledge of drugs and state regulations; hospital experience or residency preferred.
  • License must be in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi‑state licensure privileges as required.
