Screenings, a Premise Health company, specializes in national biometric screenings and is currently seeking Health Screeners (Mobile Phlebotomists) to join our team in Fargo, ND.

These positions are as‑needed opportunities offering flexibility in scheduling and highly competitive pay. You will travel to local companies within your area to perform health screenings for their employees.

• Competitive compensation: $28‑$35 an hour (range may vary by location, role, and other factors).
• Flexible, event‑based schedule (must have Monday‑Friday mornings).

Strong customer service skills, previous venipuncture and/or fingerstick experience, ability to use a manual blood pressure cuff, tech savvy, excellent communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization OR one of the following:
  • Certificate/Diploma and transcripts from an accredited Phlebotomy program with a hands‑on externship completed.
  • Over 100 successful fingerstick within the last year, or a minimum of 200 successful venipuncture blood draws within the last 6 months.
• For candidates performing phlebotomy in NV, CA, WA, and LA must have an active state‑specific Phlebotomy certification.

Must have Monday‑Friday morning availability for event‑based employment.
