We offer physical, occupational, speech‑language, and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention services.

Part‑time (Flexible schedules). Hourly Rate: $33–$55. Fargo, ND.

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you’ll support children with a wide range of needs—including medically complex, developmental, and behavioral challenges—helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services in clinic and in‑home settings
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective use
• Complete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)
• Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active North Dakota and/or Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)
• Passion for working with children and families
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply—we provide mentorship and support for your growth
