In This Role- Ensure Occupational Health & Safety performance through the development, implementation, management and collaboration of health and safety programs across US and international sites.
- Drive critical occupational health & safety programs such as Injury/Illness Reporting & Investigation, Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, Control of Hazardous Energy, Chemical Handling & Storage, Biological Safety, Fire Prevention, Ergonomics, etc. to reduce risks and company costs.
- Exhibit a working knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
- Identify, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate health & safety compliance risks to the organization.
- Assess and improve safety performance through site assessments and continuous improvement by establishing performance targets, data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in health and safety program management.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety frameworks.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel as required (up to 10%, including overnight stays).
- Experience with ergonomics and industrial hygiene programs.
- Familiarity with global health and safety audits and compliance tools.
The annual salary range for this role is $91,000–$100,000, with eligibility for bonus/incentive pay.
