As a Pediatric BCBA, you’ll help children with a range of developmental and behavioral needs for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, develop skills, build independence, and thrive in their daily environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy and supervision of RBTs or behavior technicians
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Partner with families and caregivers to support goals across home and community settings
- Maintain timely, clear documentation (assessments, progress notes, treatment summaries)
- Collaborate with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, EI, and mental health professionals
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed or eligible for behavior analysis licensure in North Dakota
- A genuine passion for working with children and families
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new BCBAs are encouraged to apply. We’ll support your growth!
