Support and maintain the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) while developing, implementing, and maintaining human capital metrics and analytics. Serve as a technical liaison for functional areas, ensuring data integrity, communicating system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvements.

Specific Duties Include
  • Provide support for HRMS system, including troubleshooting, resolving problems, and suggesting solutions.
  • Write, maintain, and support reports or queries using reporting tools.
  • Develop standard reports for ongoing needs.
  • Maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Coordinate system upgrades or fixes with technical staff.
  • Support web-based HR functions, train users, and ensure usability.
  • Recommend process improvements and policy changes, obtaining leadership approval as needed.
  • Act as liaison with third parties and internal departments such as Payroll, Benefits, HR, and Finance.
  • Manage projects using project management skills.
  • Engage with customers to understand needs, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate across departments and share information.
  • Create user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; train employees on new systems.
  • Stay updated on HRMS trends and participate in user group meetings.
  • Follow safety rules and company policies.
  • Maintain a professional image and participate in company communication efforts.
  • Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and support resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in an HRMS/HRIS environment as a technical analyst.
  • Experience with report writing and design using Cognos and Microsoft SQL.
  • Experience with UKG and Kronos systems.
  • Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, and functions.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and data.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or HR management preferred.
  • Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
