Talent Manager
Bravera, a rapidly growing company, is seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team in either Bismarck, ND or Fargo, ND. The HR Officer will manage staffing for a designated region, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations, while supporting HR initiatives and events.
Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 (Fargo, ND).
Responsibilities- Coordinate employment activities for the region, including job postings, applicant screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checks; maintain applicant tracking for reporting.
- Lead new‑employee and supervisor onboarding and orientation processes.
- Serve as a primary advisor for supervisors on employment issues, hiring, terminations, and other HR matters; consult with HR Officer I and CHRO as needed.
- Lead HR team initiatives and projects such as health & wellness, training & development, performance reviews, job descriptions, reporting, employee events, budgets, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with HR to improve policies, procedures, and programs for efficiency.
- Promote teamwork, open communication, and a positive culture among supervisors and employees.
- Represent the organization at community and civic events; maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer matters.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, and report suspicious activity per BSA requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Professional HR certification preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.

Bismarck, ND or Fargo, ND.
