First International Bank & Trust is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational support across Human Resources and Organizational Development. In this role, you will help employees and leaders get timely answers, coordinate recruiting and training activities, maintain organized processes, and ensure important details do not fall through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage shared HR and Organizational Development inboxes, respond to routine questions, and direct sensitive or complex requests to the appropriate team member.
- Track inquiries and follow-up items to help ensure employees and leaders receive timely, consistent support.
- Coordinate recruiting administration, including preparing offer letters, monitoring requisitions and approvals, and maintaining hiring documentation.
- Manage the weekly timecard review process by monitoring exceptions, following up on unresolved items, and assisting managers with corrections.
- Administer Learning Management System activities, including course setup, assignments, enrollments, completion tracking, reporting, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, learner communications, materials, attendance, surveys, and completion follow-up.
- Provide administrative support for HR and Organizational Development programs, meetings, communications, forms, and documentation.
- Maintain templates, standard procedures, job descriptions, and shared team resources.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, strengthen process consistency, and improve the experience of employees and leaders.
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required; one to three years of administrative, human resources, training coordination, or people operations support experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications required.
- Experience working with an HR information system, Learning Management System, shared mailbox, timekeeping system, or training administration platform preferred.
- A strong service mindset and genuine interest in helping employees and leaders.
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up items.
- Sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Comfort using technology and learning new systems.
- Close attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, dependable work.
- A process-improvement mindset and willingness to look for better ways of working.
