Job Purpose

The Sr. HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to leadership, balancing systems architecture with a human-centric approach. This role drives the optimization and automation of human resources functions across the employee lifecycle while directly supporting employees through proactive employee relations, conflict resolution, and professional development frameworks. By leveraging people analytics and modern HR technology, this role ensures our operational infrastructure actively fosters employee success, optimizes workforce productivity, scales professional development, and aligns our people strategy directly with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the HR technology ecosystem (e.g., HRIS, LMS, ATS) to drive process automation, eliminate administrative friction, and maximize system ROI.
  • Design and deploy automated workflows across the employee lifecycle ensuring a seamless, modern workplace experience for employees and supervisors.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters with empathy and objectivity, conducting thorough reviews and facilitating respectful conflict resolution.
  • Establish and track key analytics (e.g., quality of hire, predictive turnover, speed-to-productivity) with actionable insights.
  • Working closely with department leaders, design and scale foundational learning tracks that empower employees with the tools, skills, and resources needed for continuous professional growth and internal career mobility.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, including competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits packages, and flexible work arrangements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies, including proactive talent sourcing, candidate pipeline development, employer branding, and partnership with hiring leaders to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent aligned with business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Deep familiarity with HRIS configurations; prior implementation experience preferred.
  • Data literacy, with the ability to manipulate data, identify trends, and translate into actionable insights.
  • Experience leading change initiatives, large and small.
  • Strong organizational skills, immaculate attention to detail, and the ability to drive complex projects across multiple departments without direct supervisory authority.
  • Proficient in MS Office Products
Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in HR field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
