This position manages the network security services team focused on ensuring the network meets all security requirements, including segmentation, firewalls, and observability. The ideal candidate has a background leading networking and security operational functions.

The Manager of Information Security is responsible for developing and leading an Information Security team in delivering enterprise‑class security services in partnership with the Information Security and IT Operations leadership team. The role includes:

• Developing and executing network security strategies (segmentation, firewalls, observability).
• Managing daily operations, workflow analysis, design, implementation, continuous process improvement, and support.
• Identifying and managing risks and prioritizing strategic opportunities for clinical and non‑clinical settings.
• Co‑ordinating with Privacy, Compliance, and other technology leaders to ensure services meet federal guidelines and internal policies.
• Providing subject‑matter expertise to governing bodies and supporting business partners in financial and strategic management.
• Leading staff development, hiring, performance management, budgeting, vendor management, and contract oversight.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, business or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of information security principles and techniques.
• Strong working knowledge of NIST, PCI, and HIPAA standards.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
