Associate Help Desk Support Technicians provide front‑line technical support for all Sanford Health patients and employees. They serve as the first point of contact for Sanford MyChart patients needing login and technical assistance, perform password resets and login assistance for all Sanford employees, utilize knowledge resources for troubleshooting, and escalated unresolved issues to next‑level support. Technicians identify and suggest possible improvements to patient and employee experience and deliver exceptional customer service to all callers.

They engage in on‑going training and development, including certification, to prepare for next‑level support and promotional advancement.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Associate’s degree in a technology‑related field (strongly preferred).
