Senior ServiceNow Administrator

Location: All locations in the United States; preferred time zone:
Central

Work Arrangement: Remote, In-office or Hybrid

The Senior Service Now Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Eide Bailly’s Service Now platform. This person will work closely with the IT Operations team and stakeholders to ensure that Eide Bailly’s Service Now platform is functioning effectively, efficiently, and meeting our business needs.

A typical day as a Senior Service Now Administrator might include the following:

• Administer and configure Service Now applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements
• Monitor and maintain Service Now performance, availability, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service Now
• Develop and maintain Service Now reports, dashboards, and metrics
• Manage Service Now upgrades and patches
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement Service Now enhancements and improvements
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
• Document Service Now processes, procedures, and configurations.

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Manager or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• You have 5 years of experience as a Service Now Administrator;
  Service Now Certified System Administrator and Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
• You have strong technical skills in Service Now administration, configuration, and customization.
• You have expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules; experience with CMDB and Asset Management.
• You have experience with Service Now upgrades, patches, and releases.
• You have knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You can work independently and as part of a team.

$80,000-$115,000

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
