Technical Project Manager II; Client-facing RNA​/DNA Mfg., MethodDevelopment​/Validation

This Technical Project Manager II role oversees complex biomanufacturing projects for RNA/DNA manufacturing at a CDMO, coordinating across internal teams and clients while managing timelines and deliverables. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a life science discipline and 3+ years in method development, validation, or process development, preferably with nucleic acid experience. Success in this on-site Fargo role depends on strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with standard software tools.

• Oversee complex biomanufacturing projects using department standards and tools
• Collaborate with Project Managers, stakeholders, Program Managers, and clients to maintain timelines and communicate status updates
• Manage project changes, track milestones, and drive completion of deliverables and action items
• Proactively identify obstacles and work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions
• Resolve conflicts with internal and external stakeholders to maintain professional relationships

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
• 3+ years in method development, validation, quality control, or biomanufacturing with nucleic acids experience preferred
• Proven experience leading departments and managing complex projects using waterfall and agile methodologies
• Proficiency with Smart Sheet, One Note, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication with facilitation and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• CDMO environment experience is a plus
