Network Engineer

At Tech Nova Group, the best Network Engineer isn't the one who writes the most code but the one whose Bash Scripting decisions age the gracefully. The proposition holds together — $47,000 - $70,000, 1 years, a ND base, and ownership the rest of the market rarely grants.

• Translate deeply collaborative business requirements into technical specifications and tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across Help Desk Support-based applications
• Translate fuzzy product wishes from Tech Nova Group stakeholders into shippable Self-Motivation services
• Mentor newer junior hires on how Tech Nova Group actually wires Active Listening together
• Untangle the Service Now dependency knots that have slowed Fargo releases for months
• Write clean, well-tested code that scales with Tech Nova Group's growing user base
• Carry a gloriously-unglamorous Bash Scripting feature through code freeze without breaking Tech Nova Group stability

• 1+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
• Familiarity with the rhythms of a hardworking temporary team
• Sharp written and verbal communication, tested under scrutiny
• The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time
• 1 years of learning when to trust the process and when to break it
• Comfort steering technology conversations toward a decision
• A communicator who writes the meeting recap nobody asked for but everyone reads
