Legal Administrative Assistant

Ohnstad Twichell, one of North Dakota’s oldest and largest law firms, is seeking full-time Legal Administrative Assistants.

These positions assist the Estate Planning/Probate department by preparing legal document drafts, maintaining files, composing and drafting correspondence, formatting legal documents, and providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.

Successful candidates must have experience drafting and reviewing documents and a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills, accurate keyboarding and word processing ability, and the ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently is essential.

Knowledge and experience with creating and proofreading legal documents and knowledge of legal terminology is preferred, but not required. If providing a cover letter, please highlight your experience and comfortability with proofreading and formatting documents.
