We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team in our Fargo and/or Moorhead offices. The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. This role involves handling complex litigation matters, advising clients on legal risks, and representing businesses and financial institutions in a variety of disputes. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills are essential, and trial experience is highly preferred.

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and financial disputes.
• Provide legal counsel on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters, including restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop case strategies for complex disputes.
• Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to develop innovative legal solutions.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the North Dakota and/or Minnesota State Bar, or eligibility for admission.
• Experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Trial experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
