Associate Attorney, Litigation

Overview

RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm who specializes in Civil Litigation Defense and are seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTE in North Dakota.

The ideal candidate is one who has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, has strong organizational skills, and is willing to take on a heavy workload. This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.

This opportunity offers an EXCELLENT base salary ($80,000 - $90,000, DOE), and the opportunity to work REMOTELY with a fantastic firm while appearing in local county courts as needed.

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in NORTH DAKOTA (multiple-state admission is a big PLUS) & MUST reside within the state of North Dakota
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation
• Must possess superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization
• Strong legal research skills -- proficiency in Lexis Nexis is a plus

• $80,000 - $90,000 base salary (DOE)
