"Warehouse Supervisor – W.W. Wallwork, Inc.
Position:
Full‑time Warehouse Supervisor at W.W. Wallwork, Inc. in the Wallwork Truck Center, a subsidiary of Wallwork Inc. Hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Salary: $60,000 / yr plus DOE.
- Verify and stock incoming parts and shipments into the warehouse.
- Manage return of parts and oversee warehouse employees.
- Prepare parts for delivery and communicate with other departments and customers.
- Contribute to warehouse operational standards, implement production, quality, and customer‑service standards, resolve problems, and identify system improvements.
- Ensure effective parts inventory management and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Encourage personnel skill development through periodic training.
- Work under pressure, independently, and handle stressful situations.
- Direct work of two or more full‑time employees.
- Hire and fire employees, give recommendations throughout employee status changes.
- Maintain professional knowledge via workshops, trainings, and professional societies.
- Assist with overnight travel if required; lodging, meals, and travel expenses are compensated per company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse.
- Adhere to work schedule and attendance.
- Perform additional company‑wide duties as requested by the supervisor.
- Uphold Wallwork Inc. ethical standards as defined in policies and procedures.
- High‑school diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
Skills and Abilities

- Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare parts for delivery.
- Supervise warehouse personnel.
- Oversee and process core battery returns and vendor returns.
- Meet warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer‑service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
- Communicate with other department, customers, and employees on orders, status of parts, shipments, etc.
- Responsible for effective parts inventory management, including overseeing inventory flow levels, cycle counts, stocking, and returns.
- Encourage personnel to keep their skills up‑to‑date through periodic training on new systems and components.
- Be capable of working under pressure, independently, and handle stressful situations.
- Direct the work of two or more full‑time employees.
- Possess authority to hire, fire employees, or provide recommendations in hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other employees.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings; educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Some overnight travel may be required as needed. Lodging, meals and travel expenses are compensated per company guidelines.
- Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
- Perform Wallwork Inc.–wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
