This role will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through Superintendents and Project Coordinators.

Salary & Benefits

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr. Salary is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs.

In addition to salary, employees may receive an auto allowance and discretionary incentive program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review project proposal, plans and specifications to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements and resource allocation.
  • Establish work plan, scheduling and staffing for each project phase, arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel as needed.
  • Read and understand drawings and specifications.
  • Build a network of subcontractors and vendors.
  • Cooperate with team leader or project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure progress within prescribed budget and provide technical advice to resolve problems.
  • Negotiate with owners and subcontractors to maintain efficient project operations.
  • Work with billing and finance to ensure smooth invoice process.
  • Prepare project reports for management, clients and others; review status reports prepared by project personnel and update schedules/plans.
  • Coordinate project activities with regulatory agencies and other government agencies.
  • Assist with proposal writing and mentoring internal talent.
  • Maintain relationships with owners and other project partners.
  • Assist in strategic planning and provide leadership role in business development and client relations.
  • Assist safety department to enforce corporate safety and health policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college/university or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of project management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and exemplary customer service.
  • Time management and productivity skills.
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures compliance.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to uphold company values and high standards of conduct.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of ViewPoint software.
Additional Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR and adherence to KA Motor Vehicle Policy.
  • Travel 25‑75% depending on job.
Physical Demands

Ability to communicate information clearly, stand/sit for extended periods, use computer, navigate office and attend off‑site meetings, lift up to 25 lbs. Unassisted.
