Paint Line Production Associate

As a Production Associate on our Paint Line, you’ll do a variety of tasks working in an environment where your safety is our top priority. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools that could include saws, drills, and nail guns.

Select the schedule that works best for you!

• Monday – Friday shift options with possible overtime on Saturdays:
  • 2nd Shift:3:00PM - 11:00PMPay:$22 per hour ($20 + $2 differential rate)
• Friday - Sunday Weekend shift option
  • 6:00 AM-6:00 PMPay:$24 per hour ($20 + $4 differential rate)

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out essential job functions and work with your team
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines
• Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday

• Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.
• Grip 65 lbs.
• Bend, twist, stoop, and climb
• Stand and walk on concrete

• A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• General experience with computers
