Machine Operator II – Forum Communications Co.

Positions are available at Forum Communications Co., a family‑owned media and technology company with locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota.

Operate mailroom equipment from setup to shutdown to prepare and produce printed mail materials for worldwide distribution via USPS and other shipping methods while fostering a teamwork environment. This is a full‑time position, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm. Overtime is available and voluntary when needed.

• Operate Videojet and Hawk Inkjet systems and polybag machines for addressing printed materials
• Operate tabbing, folding, strapping, and pallet‑wrapping machines
• Load various feed stations, place/stack bundled mail on pallets, and operate electric and manual floor jacks to move pallets and cages of materials
• Direct and/or assist in staging mailroom equipment before production runs
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Abide by all OSHA regulations and company safety policies

• Prior machine‑operating experience preferred, but not required; comprehensive training will be provided
• Mechanical skills and computer knowledge essential
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to effectively present information and direction to other mail staff

Expected compensation: $18–$20 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
