Marvin Composites Manufacturing Associate – Day Shift
Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring Day Shift Manufacturing Associates! In this role, you’ll remove finished fiberglass parts from the line, inspect them for quality, and prep them for the next step.
Schedule Options- 12‑hour Rotating Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:45 PM
- Week 1 (36 hrs):
Sun, Wed, Thu - Week 2 (48 hrs):
Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat - Enjoy a 3‑day weekend every other week!
- Week 1 (36 hrs):
- 12‑hour Weekend Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:45 PM
- Friday – Sunday
$20.75 /hour – $23.64 /hour rotating shift, $24.75 /hour weekend shift (includes premiums & OT).
Highlights of Your Role- Follow manufacturing orders closely and check parts visually to ensure quality standards.
- Use measuring tools (calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tables) to verify part accuracy.
- Operate fabrication equipment safely and accurately to keep production moving.
- Provide support in training new team members as needed.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize production processes.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications.
- General computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reporting.
- Capability to stand/work for a 12‑hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10–50 lbs.
- Minimum age 18 years.
