Job OverviewAre you looking for a role in a manufacturing environment applying your attention to detail and hands‑on experience? If yes, join Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND, as a Line Operator in our extrusion manufacturing facility.
Location:
3941 15th Ave NW, Fargo, ND 58102
- 2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday‑Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
$20.00 / hr. plus $2.00 evening shift premium.
Highlights of your role- Ensure top‑notch product quality through manufacturing checks.
- Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations.
- Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace.
- Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders.
- Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the plant.
- Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role.
- High school degree or GED.
- Effective communication and social skills.
- Organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Desire and ability to learn and work with new technology.
- Forklift certification or ability to acquire certification.
