We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic job shop team. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of projects for multiple customers in the area, fabricating and welding metal products, attachments, and custom components. You’ll also perform welding and fabrication for other local shops, making every day different and engaging.

• Perform MIG wire feed welding on various metal products and assemblies.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.

• Fabricate, cut, and assemble metal components to meet customer specifications.

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members to complete diverse projects efficiently.

• Proven experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication.

• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Familiarity with shop tools and safety procedures.

• Welding, Fabrication, MIG/TIG/Stick welding, blueprint reading, metal fabrication, safety compliance, and attention to detail.

Work on varied projects for different industries—no two days are the same! Enjoy a steady daytime schedule with long weekends (Friday afternoons off if workload allows) in a supportive team environment within a growing local business.

Job Shop Environment. Work in a clean and well-lit metal shop.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
