Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Fargo, ND. In this role, you'll help produce custom tanks in a hands-on production environment while learning valuable manufacturing skills. WhatYou’ll Do as a Machine Operator
- Operate roto molding machines to produce custom tanks
- Regulate molding temperature, volume, pressure, and processing time
- Detect equipment jams and make machine calibrations and adjustments
- Pour product, trim excess material, and remove finished products from molds
- Inspect finished products for surface defects, flaws, and quality concerns
- Perform material handling duties and maintain production flow
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic math skills, including the ability to read a ruler
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness and desire to learn new processes and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- No experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening
