The Director of Marketing and Communications leads the Foundation’s brand and communications efforts, marketing activities to drive stakeholder engagement, and marketing systems, all with a goal to build trust, relevance, and momentum with key audiences. This role executes an integrated marketing and communications plan aligned with the Foundation’s strategic plan, with clear goals, deliverables, and metrics.
Marketing and communications at the Foundation functions exist not only to maintain the Foundation’s strong reputation and credibility, but also to accelerate relationship-building and fund growth. The Director supports development goals by working with the development team to deploy marketing strategies to attract and engage high-net-worth individuals and families, professional advisors, corporate partners, civic leaders, and, where appropriate, nonprofits—resulting in new funds, increased assets in existing funds, legacy commitments, referrals, and ultimately, community impact.
