RN Inpatient - Broadway Operating Room

Sanford Health, one of the largest not‑for‑profit health systems in the United States, is hiring a Full‑time day Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in Fargo, ND. The position is located in the Sanford Broadway Medical Center, 801 Broadway N, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $32.00–$48.00. Applicants are expected to work 36 hours per week on the day shift, with a focus on surgical patient care in a high‑volume operating room environment.

• Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Provide empathetic care for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up along the continuum of care.
• Demonstrate competency and use comprehensive nursing expertise.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Obtains and maintains required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
