Registered Nurse Research Coordinator - Pediatric Endocrinology
Come join our Pediatric Endocrinology team as a Registered Nurse Research Coordinator! This role combines compassionate nursing practice with the opportunity to contribute to meaningful clinical studies, helping to improve treatments and outcomes for pediatric patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient visits and educate families on research protocols.
- Assist with lab orders, processing, and specimen collection.
- Schedule study visits, maintain enrollment goals, and monitor recruitment plans.
- Prepare and manage study documents, including case report forms and source data.
- Communicate effective with investigators, IRB, sponsor representatives, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations and protocol requirements.
- Attend investigator meetings, pre‑study site visits, and occasional local travel between sites.
- Active Registered Nurse with an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
- Prior research experience preferred.
- Strong collaborative, patient‑centered mindset.
- Ability to manage complex clinical trial components, including test ordering, procedure scheduling, and insurance pre‑authorization.

Location: Fargo, ND
Shift: 8 Hours – Day
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week
Salary range: $27.50 – $44.00 per hour
