Join a fast-paced clinic working closely with OBGYN physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver coordinated care plans tailored to each patient s needs. Triage patient calls and messages, provide education to patients, and support overall patient care. Document information provided to patients during triage in health record systems; record patients  health conditions for follow-up care. Maintain and develop triage protocols and ensure patient health information is updated on time.

Interact with patients through multiple communication channels and educate patients based on calls received. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Education and experience: Graduate from an accredited nursing program is preferred (including AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. One year of healthcare experience is preferred.

Licensing and competencies: Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practicing, with multi-state licensure if in an NLC state. Nurses practicing over the phone must be licensed in the states where patients reside. All licensing requirements for the role should be completed within 30 days of employment. Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
