Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified CVOR RN in Fargo, North Dakota, 58104!

Perfusionist – CVOR

Fargo, ND | Acute Care

Contract | Days | 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with call rotation one night per week and every other or every third weekend | First case starts at 0730

• Provide perfusion support for on-pump and off-pump CABG cases and valve replacement surgeries
• Support TAVR procedures for adult patients in a hybrid cath lab setting
• Utilize Spectrum pumps and document via the Viper system within the EPIC electronic health record platform
• Participate in call rotation, including one night per week and every other or every third weekend
• Work collaboratively within a team of surgeons and perfusionists across two dedicated OR rooms with access to a robotic room
• Complete facility-specific credentialing requirements prior to start, including employment history documentation, proof of clinical activity, and health clearances

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, related perfusion experience
• Active BLS certification – must be American Heart Association (AHA)
• Willingness and ability to take call as scheduled
• North Dakota does not require a state perfusion license
• Must complete facility-specific credentialing process; plan for approximately 3–4 weeks lead time before start date
• Must live more than 80 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard rate

• American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) certification preferred
• Experience with HIPEC procedures (required only if floating to an additional campus location)
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records and Viper documentation systems

• Work alongside an experienced team in a well-equipped environment featuring dedicated OR rooms, a robotic room, and a hybrid cath lab
• Receive 1:1 orientation with an experienced perfusionist to support a smooth transition into the role
