Registered Nurse

• Providing individualized patient care using the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Delivering care across all phases, including preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
• Adhering to nursing standards, regulations, and ethical guidelines as outlined by state and professional bodies.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and at least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the work location and maintain required competencies and certifications.

• Weekly pay, including stipends, with eligibility for Sanford benefits.
• Contracts typically last 14 weeks with options to extend or transition to other Sanford sites.
