Night Shift Nurse; RN​/LPN Transitional Care

Fargo Elim, a Cassia Community, is seeking a Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our 20-bed Transitional Care Unit in Fargo, ND. You will care for short-stay residents as they recover and transition home or to the next level of care, with a supportive team committed to clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences.

You’ll administer medications, collaborate with clinicians, document care in electronic charts, and respond quickly to changes in resident condition.
