As a Leasing Consultant at Enclave, you are the face of our communities, blending exceptional customer service with a knack for sales to create a welcoming experience for potential and current tenants. From showcasing the features of our apartments during tours to guiding prospects through the leasing process, you’ll play a pivotal role in matching individuals with their perfect home. Beyond the sale, you’ll foster lasting relationships with tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and helping our communities thrive.

  Monday–Friday 8 am‑6 pm with rotating Saturdays (10 am‑2 pm); team members are expected to work two Saturdays per month
• Work Type:
  Full Time (40 hours/week)

• A Property Expert:
  Master details of our current and upcoming properties, showcasing their best features to prospective tenants
• Creative Marketing Solutions:
  Collaborate with your Community Manager to craft and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive results
• Deal Closer:
  Work alongside other Leasing Consultants to lease units, maximizing occupancy and income potential
• Tenant Satisfaction:
  Support the Community Manager in implementing policies and procedures that preserve property value and ensure tenant happiness
• Problem Solver:
  Resolve tenant concerns swiftly and professionally, maintaining community integrity

• High School Diploma required; higher education preferred
• 3+ years of administrative experience, property management, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Flexible to travel between properties for tours and other responsibilities with reliable transportation at all times

• Customer‑focused and thrive in people‑centric environments
• Proactive problem‑solvers with an analytical mindset
• Confident communicators with excellent verbal and written skills
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a knack for planning and multitasking
• Tech‑savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and property management software like App Folio
