We’re looking for a Property Manager who brings professionalism, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership to everything they do. In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day performance of your community, from driving leasing results and building resident relationships to maintaining property standards and supporting financial performance.

As a Property Manager, You Will Drive Leasing Performance:
Achieve and maintain strong occupancy levels by promptly following up with prospective residents, conducting effective property tours, and converting leads into applications. Use our CRM to manage your leasing pipeline, track progress, and collaborate with other departments to drive results. Treat your property like you own it.

Deliver Exceptional Resident Experiences:
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring communications are timely, professional, and empathetic. Create a seamless move-in experience, promote resident satisfaction, and proactively identify opportunities to improve retention.

Ensure Operational Excellence:
Take ownership of your property's physical condition and daily operations through regular inspections, coordination with maintenance teams, and consistent enforcement of cleanliness and safety standards. Manage rent collection, address delinquency issues promptly and professionally, and identify opportunities to improve property performance.

Participate in required training, embrace feedback, and pursue ongoing professional development to strengthen your property management and leadership skills.

What We're Looking ForA high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver's license.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Technical savvy and comfort navigating multiple software systems and browser-based applications.

The ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and resolve resident concerns with empathy and accountability.

A results-oriented mindset with an interest in sales, customer service, and achieving performance goals.

Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time.

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in property management, leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service.

Experience managing competing priorities, building customer relationships, or working toward measurable performance goals.
