2+ years previous restaurant management / chef experience is preferred and a love for food is absolutely required.
Salary: $47,500 - $70,000
- Competitive pay DOE ($40,000 - $55,000)

Job Summary
The ideal Chef will operate the Heart of House operations efficiently and effectively according to Doolittles Woodfire Grill Standards of Excellence and in line with the policies and procedures of the company. The primary goal of the chef is to ensure guest satisfaction by having a sharp, well-groomed staff prepare great food within the timing standards, in a great working environment.
The chef is accountable for the operational performance of their shift and the employees that are scheduled for the shift and it is the chef's job to ensure that all of Heart of House standards are met. The Chef is a support manager for the Executive Chef.
