Food Production Manager

Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager for Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND. The Food Production Manager will oversee a team of frontline employees, inventory, menu development, and general kitchen management for the medical campus. This strategic leader will come with a background in kitchen management and have a proven ability to lead and develop teams in a culinary setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
