Retail Associate

As a Cashier and Processing Associate at Easter Seals of Goodwill ND, Inc. (ESGWND), you'll play a vital role in our retail store. From receiving merchandise to providing top-notch customer service, you'll be at the heart of our operations. • Consistently report for scheduled shifts, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Operate electronic cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all patrons.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise according to guidelines.
• Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure store security and report any issues to the Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report any incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in basic math operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions.
• Capacity to follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of First Aid and Safety protocols.
• Access to reliable transportation for scheduled shifts.

Pay: $13.00 per hour
