Job Responsibilities
  • Recruit and select Neuroscience Sales Representatives, oversee their training, and build a high‑performance team rooted in trust, collaboration, and ethical conduct.
  • Ensure representatives meet or exceed product and brand training targets, share best practices with internal stakeholders, and support scientific and disease‑state knowledge.
  • Set ambitious performance objectives aligned with business goals and DM field deliverables.
  • Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to enhance scientific expertise and customer impact.
  • Conduct strategic analysis of the geography, identify growth opportunities, and adapt activities to local dynamics, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Visit and assess each representative’s performance, offering timely written and verbal coaching to support growth.
  • Monitor region data, update business plans, and maximize performance impact while utilizing resources such as sales calls, samples, and promotional programs.
  • Collaborate with functional areas to identify and respond to local opportunities, serving as a regional resource and leveraging expertise from Managed Markets, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, etc.
  • Work with the Regional Sales Director to maintain local business plans, achieve KPI goals, and implement strategic and pull‑through plans.
  • Complete all required company and job‑related training within the specified timelines.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, with launch and CNS experience preferred.
  • At least 2+ years of field sales management experience.
  • Strong self‑motivation, decision‑making judgment, teamwork and collaboration skills across functions, and the ability to learn and adapt to overcome obstacles.
  • Proven success translating vision and strategy into tactical plans and localized business execution.
  • Experience interacting with KOLs, organized customers, and managed care organizations.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to compel and energize the team.
  • Deep understanding of customer segments, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within neuroscience, with strong business analytic skills.
  • Ability to manage all administrative aspects of the role.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.
  • Capability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
