Account Manager
Location: Remote for residents of North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
Base Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities- Sell SaaS, restaurant technology, and payment solutions to existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a large existing client base.
- Cross‑sell additional products and services to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prospect for new clients through cold calling and outbound sales efforts.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Travel 40% of the time.
- Qualify inbound leads into new opportunities and demonstrate product value.
- Leverage digital marketing channels to engage prospects.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand business owners' and executives' needs.
- Tailor product demonstrations to address prospects' unique challenges and provide solutions that drive business value.
- Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meet established sales goals.
- Two‑year sales or marketing experience.
- Experience selling SaaS, merchant services, credit‑card processing, or technology solutions.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and listening skills.
