Oncology Sales Representative - Minneapolis, MN

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the Minneapolis territory, which includes Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customers have a seamless experience with the Oncology team
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders using approved resources and messaging about oncology products
• Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and develop strategic plans with the local team and district manager
• Engage with customers to understand their priorities and needs to support relevant messaging about the product portfolio

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
• Relevant experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel of 10‑15%
• Must reside in or near the district
• Strong understanding of oncology products and the extended care team dynamics

• 2+ years of oncology field‑based experience selling oncology therapeutics
• Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
• Experience in oncology field sales or clinical oncology settings
