Education/Healthcare Account Executive Are you passionate about sales, relationship building, and helping customers succeed?

Cash-Wa Distributing, a Division of Performance Food Group (PFG), is seeking a motivated and results-driven Education/Healthcare Account Executive to manage and grow a sales territory of food service customers. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, uncovering customer needs, and developing solutions that help businesses thrive.

What You'll DoManage and grow an established food service sales territory.

Develop relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.

Conduct regular customer visits and sales calls to achieve and exceed sales and gross profit goals.

Create and execute strategic business plans for assigned accounts.

Present products, programs, and value-added solutions that support customer success.

Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and manufacturer representatives to identify sales opportunities.

Develop bids, pricing recommendations, and menu solutions tailored to customer needs.

Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' businesses and delivering exceptional service.

What We're Looking For Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with excellent time management and territory planning abilities.

Ability to travel in the Tri-State area (ND, MN, and SD) 75% of time with some overnight travel required. Must reside in ND, North Western MN, or Eastern SD.Ability to analyze business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results.

Proficiency with technology, including CRM tools, laptops, and sales reporting systems.

Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR and insurance

Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business, Sales, Dietetics, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience selling food service products and solutions.

Experience working in a sales or similar role in schools or healthcare

Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
