The Bath Installer is responsible for independently handling the installation of baths and showers, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. They will be the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process, providing clear communication and addressing any questions. This role involves careful demolition of the existing bath and precise installation of new products, working closely with our plumbing partner.
Attention to detail is essential, as a well‑executed installation ensures the long‑term reliability and customer peace of mind. The installer will also collaborate with the sales team to share knowledge and contribute to a smooth installation experience. They will be responsible for collecting payment from customers prior to leaving the job site. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities- Install baths and showers with expert precision, following MODbath standards and safety protocols.
- Perform demolition of existing tubs/showers while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
- Coordinate with licensed plumbers to ensure plumbing setup and integration is completed correctly.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers throughout the job to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct final job‑site cleanup and collect payment from customers at completion.
- Update customer CRM profiles with job notes, installation photos, and any punch list items.
- Identify and resolve issues such as misalignment, leaks, or material variances during installation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and elevate job‑site issues to management as needed.
- Report material usage and suggest improvements to installation procedures or product selection.
- Maintain and care for all tools, vehicles, and job‑related equipment.
- Proven experience in bath/shower installation, remodeling, or a related trade (e.g., carpentry, finish work).
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge relevant to bath remodels.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in construction environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision craftsmanship.
- Experience working with CRMs or installation tracking software preferred.
- Customer‑focused mindset and professional appearance.
Full‑Time
Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required during peak periods or large‑scale projects.
