Full-time (40 hours/week) during our hours of operation

• Performing service repairs and maintenance to rental or customer-owned equipment
• Clearly communicating with customers on the status of repairs and with the Parts department to ensure parts are ordered and received in a timely manner
• Accurately recording materials used and hours worked on job assignments
• Maintaining a clean work environment for each project, keeping indoor and outdoor workstations clear from obstructions, and service vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment in good working condition
• Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity
• Completing related tasks as assigned

• A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
• Ability to cross train in other repair areas and help work on anything sold at Acme Equipment

• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand and walk for the majority of your shift
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
