TRUNO Retail Technology Solutions is seeking a POS Field Service Technician to respond to service requests for customer sites in the assigned territory. You will troubleshoot, repair, test, and document outcomes for POS hardware, printers, scales, and network equipment.
You will maintain inventory, travel within a 150-mile radius, and provide after-hours support when needed, ensuring timely, accurate records and high customer satisfaction.
