Skills & Qualifications
Past history in concrete work, underground construction, or carpentry, as these skills translate well to fence installation.
Experience in landscaping or similar outdoor work environments.
Comfort working on both residential properties and commercial construction sites.
Ability to travel as needed for projects that require overnight stays.
This opportunity offers the chance to work with a family‑oriented company that values teamwork, craftsmanship, and reliability. You gain hands‑on construction and fencing experience in a supportive crew environment, with the potential to build skills that translate into long‑term opportunities in the trades.
WorkEnvironment
This is a seasonal field‑based position with work expected through December, primarily on residential neighborhoods and commercial construction sites for both new builds and existing structures. You will work in small crews, installing fences outdoors in all types of weather, including hot summer conditions and wet fall climates. The environment is physically demanding, involving frequent lifting, digging, and use of hand and power tools, and you will spend most of your time on‑site rather than in an office or warehouse.
